Role Objective
Wipro - Business analyst position The primary objective of this role is to act as a liaison between the customer and the Wipro delivery team. The Business Analyst's responsibility is to comprehensively analyze customer requirements and effectively communicate them to the delivery teams. This ensures the delivery of the right solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their requirements.
2. Interface with client engagement partners to comprehend RFP/RFI requirements.
3. Detail scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and features, ensuring all customer needs are captured.
4. Create workflow charts and diagrams, conduct thorough research and analysis of customer requirements, and write specifications.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, pre-sales, tech leads, and architects, to formulate timely responses to RFP/RFIs.
6. Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of proposed changes.
7. Maintain regular communication with customers to seek feedback on proposed solutions.
8. Empower customers through demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions/prototypes.
9. Build and maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation.
10. Ensure ongoing customer reviews to improve and deliver better value (services/products).
11. Engage with the delivery team to propose the right solution to the customer.
12. Provide customer feedback/input to the delivery team and review test cases for coverage of customer requirements.
13. Conduct root cause analysis before sharing proposed solutions with the customer.
14. Facilitate new change requests to meet customer needs.
15. Support the QA team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
16. Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance testing to validate implemented solutions.
17. Use data modeling practices to analyze findings and develop improvements and changes.
18. Ensure full utilization of system capabilities and business specifications.
19. Consolidate the entire response/solution proposed for RFP/RFI before presentation.
20. Support Project Manager/Delivery Team in delivering solutions to customers.
21. Define and plan project milestones, phases, and project elements.
22. Challenge delivery team assumptions to ensure successful plan execution.
23. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery of quality deliverables.
24. Build domain expertise and contribute to the knowledge repository.
25. Collaborate with other Business Analysts to share expertise and increase domain knowledge.
26. Write whitepapers, research papers, and point of views to share with the consulting community.
27. Identify and create use cases for different projects/accounts to enhance business at Wipro.
28. Conduct market research to provide the latest inputs into projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
